  1X10^6 C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug FITC-Anti-Human/Mouse CD45R (B220) (FITC-65139, clone RA3-6B2) and 0.25 ug APC-rat IgG2a isotype control. Cells were not fixed.
