• 

  WB analysis of mouse liver using 22383-1-AP

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22383-1-AP (LRIG1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse skin using 22383-1-AP

  mouse skin tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22383-1-AP (LRIG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse kidney using 22383-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse kidney tissue slide using 22383-1-AP (LRIG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
