• 

  WB analysis of A549 using 25783-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25783-1-AP (LRP2BP Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of rat lung using 25783-1-AP

  rat lung tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25783-1-AP (LRP2BP Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.
