  WB analysis using 68281-1-Ig (same clone as 68281-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68281-1-Ig (LZTFL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68281-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of Jurkat using 68281-1-Ig (same clone as 68281-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using LZTFL1 antibody (68281-1-Ig, Clone: 2C1F6 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68281-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A431 using 68281-1-Ig (same clone as 68281-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using LZTFL1 antibody (68281-1-Ig, Clone: 2C1F6 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68281-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 68281-1-Ig (same clone as 68281-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human LZTFL1 (68281-1-Ig, Clone:2C1F6) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68281-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
