  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 21296-1-AP (same clone as 21296-1-PBS)

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21296-1-AP (MANEA Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21296-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of mouse kidney using 21296-1-AP (same clone as 21296-1-PBS)

  mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21296-1-AP (MANEA Antibody) at dilution of 1:100 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21296-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 21296-1-AP (MANEA Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieved with Sodium Citrate buffer (pH 6.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21296-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using MANEA antibody (21296-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21296-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
