  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 33335-1-AP (MAST2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 33335-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using MAST2 antibody (33335-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 33335-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

MAST2 is a microtubule-associated serine/threonine kinase, belonging to an evolutionarily conserved branch of AGC protein kinase superfamily. Since its discovery in 1993, it has been widely expressed in many tissues, including brain, heart, lung, liver, intestine and kidney. MAST2 is associated with many diseases, such as breast cancer, liver cancer, myeloma, inflammatory bowel disease, cystic fibrosis and various neurological diseases.
