• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 24948-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24948-1-AP (MCUR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 24948-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24948-1-AP (MCUR1 antibody at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  IP experiment of HEK-293 using 24948-1-AP

  IP result of anti-MCUR1 (IP:24948-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:24948-1-AP 1:300) with HEK-293 cells lysate 920ug.
