  FC experiment of HepG2 using 86910-3-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MOF Recombinant monoclonal antibody (86910-3-RR, Clone:251926C5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86910-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86910-3-RR against Human MOF were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Background Information

MOF, also known as MYST1, KAT8, is a member of the MYST acetyltransferase family, which is homologous to Drosophila males absent on the first (MOF) protein. Deletion of MYST1 in cells leads to genomic instability, spontaneous chromosomal aberration, cell cycle defects, reduced transcription of certain genes and defective DNA damage repair (PMID: 32711345). MYST1 dually localizes to the nucleus and mitochondria of human cancer cells (PMID: 37813994).
