  WB analysis using 15650-1-AP

  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15650-1-AP (MTO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of human liver using 15650-1-AP

  human liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15650-1-AP (MTO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 15650-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using 15650-1-AP (MTO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
