Background
Interleukin-20 receptor subunit beta (IL-20RB) is a component of the interleukin-20 receptor (IL-20R) complex. This receptor complex plays a significant role in immune regulation, tissue homeostasis, host defense, and oncogenesis. The interaction with these cytokines leads to the activation of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway, influencing various immune responses. IL-20RB has been implicated in various diseases, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases and cancer.
