It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Until expiry date, -20℃ to -80℃ as lyophilized proteins.
  • 3 months, -20℃ to -80℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Shipping The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the recommended temperature.

Background

Programmed cell death 1 ligand 2 (PDCD1LG2), also known as PD-L2, CD273 and B7-DC, is an immune checkpoint receptor ligand which plays a role in negative regulation of the adaptive immune response. PDCD1LG2/PD-L2 protein is expressed mainly by dendritic cells, macrophages, and tumor cells, and down-regulates the effector functions of T cells via PD-1/PD-L2 axis in the tumor microenvironment. The endogenous PDCD1LG2/PD-L2 protein displays a molecular weight of ∼45 kDa(glycosylated form), and a minor band at 35 kDa (non-glycosylated form) in western blot.
