  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 83216-4-RR (NDUFB8 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83216-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83216-4-RR (same clone as 83216-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NDUFB8 Recombinant antibody (83216-4-RR, Clone:230510H1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83216-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83216-4-RR against Human NDUFB8 were performed. The affinity constant is 5.00 nM.
