  WB analysis of HUVEC using 82794-7-RR (same clone as 82794-7-PBS)

  HUVEC cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82794-7-RR (OX40L/TNFSF4 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82794-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 82794-7-RR (same clone as 82794-7-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 82794-7-RR (OX40L/TNFSF4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82794-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MJ using 82794-7-RR (same clone as 82794-7-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MJ cells using OX40L/TNFSF4 antibody (82794-7-RR, Clone: 241813A6 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82794-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MJ using 82794-7-RR (same clone as 82794-7-PBS)

  1x10^6 MJ cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug OX40L/TNFSF4 Recombinant antibody (82794-7-RR, Clone:241813A6) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82794-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82794-7-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82794-7-RR against Human OX40L/TNFSF4 were performed. The affinity constant is 13.8 pM.
