  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 65685-1-MR (same clone as 65685-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or anti-CD3/CD28 treated mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse PD-L1/CD274 (10F.9G2) Mouse IgG2a RecAb (65685-1-MR, Clone:10F.9G2) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were co-stained with APC Anti-Mouse CD3. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65685-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65685-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
