Protein lysates from A549 cells were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblotting with 67062-1-Ig (mouse anti-PDE4D antibody) at dilution of 1:10 000 incubated overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: Donkey-anti-mouse (Alexa Fluor 680) at 1:20000 dilution incubated at room temperature for 1 hour.
