  WB analysis of MDA-MB-453s using 11491-1-AP (same clone as 11491-1-PBS)

  MDA-MB-453s cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11491-1-AP (PHACS antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 11491-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ACCS(1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase-like protein 1) is also named as PHACS and belongs to the class-I pyridoxal-phosphate-dependent aminotransferase family. The deduced 501-amino acid protein has a calculated molecular mass of 58 kD. It contains overlapping aminotransferase I and beta-eliminating lyase domains, and it shares structural similarity with aspartate aminotransferase, tyrosine aminotransferase, and enzymes that catalyze beta-elimination reactions on amino acids.
