Background Information

PLXNA4 is a plexin family receptor that transduces semaphorin signals to regulate axon guidance, vascular development, and immune cell migration. It functions as a plasma membrane receptor with intracellular GTPase-regulatory activity, linking extracellular cues to cytoskeletal remodeling.
