  WB analysis using 21595-1-AP (same clone as 21595-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21595-1-AP (PTGFR antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21595-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of PC-3 using 21595-1-AP (same clone as 21595-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed PC-3 cells using PTGFR antibody (21595-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21595-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Prostanoid FP receptor(PTGFR) is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family and is involved in several physiologic processes. PTGFR is a receptor for prostaglandin F2-alpha (PGF2-alpha), which is known to be a potent luteolytic agent, and may also be involved in modulating intraocular pressure and smooth muscle contraction in the uterus(PMID: 9235889).
