  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated RBM17 Recombinant antibody (CL488-82889, Clone:230125F6)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Background Information

RNA-binding motif protein 17 (RBM17), also named splicing factor 45, was first identified as a member of the spliceosome. RBM17 expression is low in normal tissues but is overexpressed in several forms of cancer, including breast, ovarian and prostate.
