  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using RBM27 antibody (31850-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31850-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

RBM27 has been identified as a candidate autism gene, and is present in cytoplasmic and and nuclear speckles. RBM27 encodes a protein containing an RNA-Binding Motif, which confers its ability to bind RNA. Therefore, RBM27 is important in mRNA processing and the turnover of nuclear polyadenylate (pA+) RNA.
