  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83137-3-RR (same clone as 83137-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using RNF31 antibody (83137-3-RR, Clone: 230446H1 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83137-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of PC-3 using 83137-3-RR (same clone as 83137-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Rnf31 Recombinant Antibody (83137-3-RR, Clone:230446H1) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.2 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83137-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
