• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 16649-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16649-1-AP (RPL28 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 16649-1-AP

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16649-1-AP (RPL28 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 16649-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using RPL28 antibody 16649-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
