Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 86318-2-RR (RPS15 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86318-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
IF Staining of U-87 MG using 86318-2-RR (same clone as 86318-2-PBS)
Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U-87 MG cells using RPS15 antibody (86318-2-RR, Clone: 251009B9 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86318-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

RPS15, also named as RIG protein or Small ribosomal subunit protein uS19, is a 145 amino acid protein, which belongs to the universal ribosomal protein uS19 family. RPS15 is a ribosomal small subunit assembly and involved in nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay.
