  WB analysis of A549 using 13550-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13550-1-AP (SFI1 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse lung using 13550-1-AP

  mouse lung tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13550-1-AP (SFI1 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
