• 

  WB analysis of COLO 320 using 21400-1-AP

  COLO 320 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21400-1-AP (SPATA13 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of human placenta using 21400-1-AP

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21400-1-AP (SPATA13 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 21400-1-AP
