• 

  WB analysis of SH-SY5Y using 22243-1-AP

  SH-SY5Y cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22243-1-AP (SPOCD1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of human testis using 22243-1-AP

  human testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22243-1-AP (SPOCD1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

The PIWI protein MIWI2 (PIWIL4; 610315) and its associated PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs) direct DNA methylation of transposable elements in the male germline. SPOCD1 is an essential nuclear effector of MIWI2- and piRNA-directed DNA methylation (PubMed: 32674113).
