SpeedAb Western Blot Kits are ideal for fast western blot workflows, cutting down protocol time of your experiment to ~2h, while also minimizing hands-on time.
The Kit combines two Proteintech products:
FlexAble HRP enables single step detection by fast & easy labeling of your primary antibody with a HRP conjugated FlexLinker. FlexAble labeling can be done in under 20 min, requires no additional material, works with any Rabbit (Proteintech #SW001), Mouse IgG1 (#SW002), Mouse IgG2a (#SW003), or Mouse IgG2b (#SW004) antibody from any supplier, in almost every buffer system, at any concentration.

This Kit contains two components that speed up the Western blot workflow significantly by reducing the number of steps and antibody incubation time.
1. FlexAble HRP Antibody Conjugation Kit
(for Rabbit IgG / for Mouse IgG1, IgG2a, or IgG2b)
FlexAble HRP Antibody Labeling Kits are a fast and easy solution to label primary antibodies with HRP to facilitate 1-step detection without a secondary antibody.
The FlexLinker included in the Kits is specific to IgG species and subtype. Please make sure you use the correct Kit with your rabbit or mouse primary.
2. Blotting Accelerator
This ready-to-use solution is specifically used for membrane blocking and antibody dilution in Western blot experiments. Containing special organic compounds, the Blotting Accelerator is designed to significantly shorten the antibody incubation times to around 25 minutes or less per antibody, which will improve experimental efficiency, especially when combined with FlexAble HRP Kits.

Storage
FlexAble HRP Kits: Store for 1 year at -20°C or for 6 months at 4°C upon receipt. Avoid exposure to light.
Blotting Accelerator: Store at 2-8℃ for a year.
Cautions
1. If you use this product for the first time, you may need to titrate the antibody dilution ratio.
2. The blotting accelerator contains the preservative ProClin 300. Please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
3. This product is for laboratory scientific research use only.
Sizing information
Sizing is based on a standardized antibody incubation volume of 5 mL Blotting Accelerator (single step detection) and a recommended dilution of 1:5000, with 0.5 ug of antibody used per Blot.
Example:
Recommended dilution of primary antibody: 1:5000
Volume of Accelerator per reaction: 5000 uL
Volume of antibody needed: 1 uL
Antibody concentration: 0.5 ug/uL
Amount of antibody to conjugate: 0.5 ug
Amount of FlexAble reactions needed: 1 rxn
Scale volumes & amounts according to recommended dilution of your primary antibody.
We recommend using a minimum of 1 uL FlexLinker, even if the antibody to be labeled is less than 0.5 ug (e.g. in cases when recommended dilution for WB is very high).
