WB analysis using 20024-1-AP (same clone as 20024-1-PBS)
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20024-1-AP (TBC1D4 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20024-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

FC experiment of HeLa using 20024-1-AP (same clone as 20024-1-PBS)
1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human TBC1D4 (20024-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20024-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

TBC1D4, also named as AS160, KIAA0603, may act as a GTPase-activating protein for RAB2A, RAB8A, RAB10 and RAB14. Isoform 2 promotes insulin-induced glucose transporter SLC2A4/GLUT4 translocation at the plasma membrane, thus increasing glucose uptake. The antibody recognizes all the isoform of TBC1D4.
