  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82911-1-RR (TBCD antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A549 using 82911-1-RR (same clone as 82911-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A549 cells using TBCD antibody (82911-1-RR, Clone: 230209H7 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 82911-1-RR (same clone as 82911-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TBCD Recombinant antibody (82911-1-RR, Clone:230209H7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82911-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82911-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82911-1 -RR against Human TBCD were performed. The affinity constant is 1.52 nM.
