Background Information
Transmembrane protein 150 (TMEM150) mediates plasma membrane targeting of PI4K, likely by weakening the interaction between TTC7 and PI4K complex. It modulates PtdIns4P synthesis and is implicated in fasting-triggered catabolism (PMID: 25608530; 24360784).
