  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83163-4-RR (TNFAIP6 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83163-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Sandwich ELISA sample test of MP00218-3

  The mean TSG-6 concentration was determined to be 7.39 ng/mL in UCMSCs cell extract based on a 3.0 mg/mL extract load.

  Serum of five individual healthy human donors was measured. The TSG-6 concentration of detected samples was determined to be 11.38 ng/mL with a range of 0.03-52.26 ng/mL.

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TSG-6 Recombinant antibody (83163-4-RR, Clone:230438D5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83163-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83163-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83163-4-RR against Human TSG-6 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.93 nM.
