  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 20062-1-AP (same clone as 20062-1-PBS)

  MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20062-1-AP (TRERF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20062-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

TRERF1, also named as BCAR2, RAPA and TREP132, activates transcription of CYP11A1. TRERF1 interaction with CREBBP and EP300 results in a synergistic transcriptional activation of CYP11A1. The antibody recognizes the C-term of TRERF1.
