  FC experiment of A431 using CL488-67056

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Tissue factor (CL488-67056, Clone: 2E4A1) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Positive FC detected in: A431 cells

Recommended dilution

• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
