This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83727-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83727-7-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83727-7-RR against Human VEGF-C were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Background Information

VEGFC is a member of the platelet-derived growth factor / vascular endothelial growth factor (PDGF/VEGF) family. The main function of VEGFC is to promote the growth of lymphatic vessels (lymphangiogenesis).
