  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using WIBG antibody (86064-1-RR, Clone: 242800G10 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).   The mean WIBG concentration was determined to be 112.9 ng/mL in U2OS cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load, 201.7 ng/mL in A549 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load.
