  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24088-1-AP (ZNF281 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24088-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using ZNF281 antibody (24088-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red). Background Information

ZNF281 (zinc finger protein 281) is a Krüppel family transcription factor containing four C2H2-type zinc finger domains, located in the cell nucleus. It promotes epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and tumor metastasis by recruiting co-repressors such as CTBP or synergistically with ZEB1 to inhibit the expression of epithelial markers such as E-cadherin. Furthermore, this protein is also involved in maintaining embryonic stem cell pluripotency and regulating neural differentiation.
