  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using Nectin-4/PVRL4 antibody (83223-4-RR, Clone: 240009F2 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83223-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83223-4-RR (same clone as 83223-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Nectin-4/PVRL4 Recombinant Antibody (83223-4-RR, Clone: 240009F2) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83223-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83223-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83223-4-RR against Human Nectin-4/PVRL4 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Background Information

Nectin-4, or PVRL4, belongs to the family of cell adhesion molecules that regulate the formation of adherence functions in epithelial cells through the AF-6 afadin scaffold molecule. Nectin-4 is reported as a histological and serological marker for breast carcinoma. Nectin-4 can be detected as a soluble form of 43 kDa and a transmembrane form of 66 kDa (PMID: 15784625).
