Background Information
LGR6 (Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 6) is a seven-transmembrane protein. LGR6 is a high affinity receptor of R-spondins that potentiates the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and acts as a marker of multipotent stem cells in the epidermis. It potentially functions as a tumor suppressor. (PMID: 20223988; 20417836; 22615920)

Reviews
What customers say
The single review rates this antibody 5 stars for immunofluorescence on spinal cord tissue at a 1:500 dilution. The reviewer noted that LGR6 expression in spinal cord is low, requiring tyramide signal amplification to achieve satisfactory results. Overall, the antibody performed well when used with appropriate amplification for low-expression targets.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
Marc (Verified Customer) (02-14-2023) | Used this antibody on immunofluorescence, but the expression of LGR6 in the spinal cord is low so we had to perform an immunofluorescence with tyramide amplification. With tyramide amplification the result is satisfactory.
