  IHC staining of human lung cancer using 84210-4-RR (same clone as 84210-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue slide using 84210-4-RR (ANKRD6 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84210-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A549 using 84210-4-RR (same clone as 84210-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed A549 cells using ANKRD6 antibody (84210-4-RR, Clone: 241494D11 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84210-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84210-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84210-4-RR against Human ANKRD6 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.722 nM.
