  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 82979-1-RR

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-HUMAN ARID1B (82979-1-RR, Clone:230222G4) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.
