Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11829-1-AP (ARPP-21 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 11829-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ARPP-21 is a neuron-enriched signaling protein that was first purified and characterized from dopamine-rich regions of the mammalian brain, particularly the bovine caudate nucleus. It exists as two isoforms, ARPP-21A and ARPP-21B, generated by alternative splicing.
