  WB analysis of mouse kidney using 24930-1-AP (same clone as 24930-1-PBS)

  mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24930-1-AP (C2orf47 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24930-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

C2orf47, also named matrix AAA peptidase interacting protein 1 (MAIP1), is a 291 amino-acid protein that localizes in the Mitochondrion. C2orf47 is involved in protecting EMRE, a component of the single calcium complex (MCU), from proteolysis by assisting membrane insertion.
