  WB analysis using 27126-1-AP (same clone as 27126-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27126-1-AP (CCDC90B antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27126-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using CCDC90B antibody (27126-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27126-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

CCDC90B (Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 90B) is predicted to have a single-pass transmembrane domain located at its C-terminal. As two isoforms belong to the same protein family, CCDC90A/MCUR1 and CCDC90B show similar expression levels among tissues with few exceptions.
