• 

  WB analysis of THP-1 using 87376-1-RR

  PMA, LPS and Brefeldin A treated THP-1 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 87376-1-RR (CCL4L1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of THP-1 using 87376-1-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed PMA, LPS and Brefeldin A treated THP-1 cells using CCL4L1 antibody (87376-1-RR, Clone: 251685H1 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  Affinity of 87376-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 87376-1-RR against Human CCL4L1 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.87 nM.

Background Information

CCL4L1 encodes a secreted chemokine ligand in the intercrine beta family that functions in inflammatory and immunoregulatory processes. The encoded 92-amino-acid protein is similar to chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 4, and the gene belongs to a cluster of cytokine genes on the q-arm of chromosome 17. CCL4L1 is localized to the extracellular region, placing it in a position to act in intercellular signaling.
