  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 24810-1-AP (same clone as 24810-1-PBS)

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24810-1-AP (CEP128 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24810-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 24810-1-AP (same clone as 24810-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed U2OS cells using CEP128 antibody (24810-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24810-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Centrosomal protein of 128kDa is encoded by CEP128 gene in humans. CEP128 localizes to the subdistal appendages of the mother centriole and regulates TGF-β/BMP signaling at the primary cilium (PMID: 29514088). Centrosomal protein CEP128 plays a role in male fertility and its variants affected the ciliogenesis in testes (PMID: 35296684).
