  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594-conjugated CHCHD6 Monoclonal antibody (CL594-66597, Clone:2A11E9)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Mouse IgG2a isotype control (11A1B2) (CL594-66360-2, Clone: 11A1B2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.
