FC experiment of H9C2 using CL488-26592
1x10^6 H9C2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Cardiac Troponin T Polyclonal antibody (CL488-26592)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Intracellular Flow Cytometry Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (PF00019).
