  WB analysis using 86313-1-RR (same clone as 86313-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86313-1-RR (Cytokeratin 80 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86313-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse skin tissue using Cytokeratin 80 antibody (86313-1-RR, Clone: 250883H5 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Background Information

KRT80 is a human IF type II epithelial keratin gene involved in the formation of IF heterodimers in various epithelial cells. KRT80 is overexpressed in many neoplasms and plays an essential role in promoting cell proliferation, migration and invasiveness, and is associated with poor prognosis in cancer patients. KRT80 has three isoforms with predicted MW of 50 kDa, 47 kDa, and 54 kDa.
