• 

  WB analysis using 83264-5-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83264-5-RR (EFHD2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HuH-7 using 83264-5-RR

  HuH-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83264-5-RR (EFHD2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A431 using 83264-5-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed A431 cells using EFHD2 antibody (83264-5-RR, Clone: 240185H5 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using 83264-5-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug EFHD2 Recombinant antibody (83264-5-RR, Clone:240185H5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Recommended dilution

Background Information

EFHD2 also named Swiprosin-1, is a Ca2+ binding actin protein. The expression of EFHD2 is upregulated during the activation of immune cells, epithelial and endothelial cells. The expression of EFHD2 is regulated by diverse signaling pathways that are contingent upon the specific type of cells. EFHD2 consists of 240 amino-acids. Based on the composition, the predicted molecular weight was reported to be 27 KDa while the apparent molecular weight was 33 KDa.
