  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21749-1-AP (HIGD1A antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21749-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21749-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21749-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A2780 using 21749-1-AP (same clone as 21749-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 A2780 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HIGD1A Polyclonal antibody (21749-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00017). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21749-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

HIG1 domain family member 1A (HIGD1A) is a proposed subunit of cytochrome c oxidase (COX, complex IV), which is the terminal component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain that catalyzes the reduction of oxygen to water. May play a role in the assembly of respiratory supercomplexes (22342701). It is induced by hypoxia induction.This antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a full-length human HIGD1A protein.
